Statement from Zurich re Rotherham Situation

The decision on Rotherham's promotion to the Premiership is made by the RFU and Premier Rugby, and Zurich is not involved in the decision making process at any stage. Zurich remains a committed sponsor of the game but is not involved in the decisions made by the governing body on promotion/relegation. If Rotherham has satisfied all the requirements for promotion set out by England Rugby Ltd at the start of the season, Zurich looks forward to welcoming Rotherham to the Zurich Premiership in September 2003.
