Employers' Liability

As the market leader in Employers' Liability (EL) insurance, here at Zurich we have over 50 years experience of underwriting EL risks for a wide range of corporate and large commercial customers.

EL protects you for any compensation you may need to pay if an employee suffers an injury or accident at work.  Our EL proposition includes the flexibility to choose from a wide range of guaranteed-cost and self-insurance solutions to suit the needs of your business.

Offering you capacity of up to £25 million (with terrorism and offshore risks capped at at £5 million), our coverage includes legal costs and work undertaken temporarily overseas.

Claims and service management

Choosing your EL provider isn't necessarily just about the quality of the cover.  Areas such as risk assessment, claims mangement and customer service can be just as important.  At Zurich, we believe quality claims services lies in an understanding of you and your business, and sharing our experience and expertise.

Zurich Rehabilitation

Many businesses today underestimate the costs of day-to-day accidents and injuries. Zurich rehabilitation helps you reduce the costs of injuries and accidents at work by helping employees return to work sooner. Plus, we will not charge for the service  » more
