This policy is suitable for you if your company is involved with construction. It includes up to 12 months’ restricted cover following handover during the maintenance or defects liability period. It also covers completed properties awaiting sale for up to three months following completion.

Contractors’ Plant insurance

Zurich’s contractors’ plant policy covers your own plant and equipment anywhere in the UK, including whilst in transit.

The policy can include legal liability under the terms of a hiring agreement to cover you against loss or damage to hired-in plant and the cost of continuing hire charges.
