We provide cover for all types of pleasure craft including yachts, powerboats, cruisers, sportsboats and RIBs from 7m (23 feet) up to a value of £10 million.
All boats must be based in the UK, Republic of Ireland, European or Mediterranean waters.
Cover includes:
- £3 million Third Party and Passenger Liability cover as standard;
- Cover for theft of equipment from the outside of the boat, as well as from the inside;
- Cover for frost damage to machinery;
- Automatic cover for dinghies/tenders (not exceeding 16ft in length or £2000), outboard motors (not exceeding 10HP) and personal effects up to 2% of vessel sum insured (minimum £500 – maximum £2500);
- Free personal accident cover for owner and guests on board (up to £60,000 any one event).

Specifically designed for vessels under 7m (23 feet) in length, our insurance cover will protect most types of sailing dinghy, small motorboats and speedboats.
We are not able to cover Jet Skis, Personal Water Craft (PWCs) or Jet Bikes.
Cover includes:
- Loss or damage whilst in transit by road, rail, or sea; excluding Third Party Claims whilst in transit by road;
- Racing risks cover for yachts and dinghies;
Waterskiing at full TP limit of £3m but excluding 'toys';
- Use on Inland and Coastal Waters of Europe (up to 12 miles offshore);
- Underwater gear without limitation (doubled excess), excluding loss of propellers for craft with a maximum design speed in excess of 17 knots.
