Building your career
We are always keen to promote from within, using the wide range of skills, knowledge and experience employees build up during their time with us. We encourage all employees to maximise their potential through strong support for their development. This can include fully funded development programmes, study materials, exam costs and, for certain programmes, fully paid study leave.
Specific information, including role profiles, will be included when a particular role becomes available.
As Zurich International Solutions is based across a number of geographical locations, for many roles there is an opportunity to broaden experience and to travel. It won't just be your technical skills that are honed. Our multi-jurisdictional, multi-currency and multi-cultural environment will give you the opportunity to see things from very different perspectives and develop new cultural skills. We have a dedicated Product Development team, which demonstrates that as a business we never rest on our laurels and continually succeed in 'punching above our weight'. We share the same values as the rest of Zurich and time spent with Zurich International Solutions could prove invaluable in helping towards your future global career progression with the wider Zurich group.
Work permits
For those who don't qualify as an Isle of Man worker, a work permit will be required to begin employment on the Island. This is applied for by the company and will be arranged as part of your joining terms. Permits are usually granted in situations where specific skill sets are required but not available in the local workforce. After five consecutive years on the Isle of Man, residents qualify as a Manx worker.
