Operations provide various support services to Zurich Commercial, UK Personal Lines, Zurich London and Zurich Municipal. All of these businesses are focused on delivering the best possible service for their customers – the teams in Operations help them to fulfil their promises and find new ways to do things better.
Around 900 people work for Operations, and they’re based in Cheltenham, Fareham, Farnborough, Portsmouth, London and Swindon.

The Claims teams use their expertise to help Zurich deliver a first-class service when they need to claim on their insurance. Their responsibilities include claims strategy, investigating claims and managing relationships with the suppliers who replace our customers’ damaged or stolen goods.
Zurich employees need to make the right decisions quickly, and for that they need instant access to accurate information. The Knowledge Management team make sure they have it.
The Offshoring team use their expertise to manage our operations in Bangalore and Pune in India.
