Zurich International Solutions (ZIS) employs almost 600 people in our offices in the Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Hong Kong, London, Swindon, Luxembourg, the Middle East and Zurich. Our head office, based in the Isle of Man, employs around 350 people.
Our primary business is providing insurance-based solutions for expatriates and international investors, as well as employers looking for group benefits schemes for their international employees. We have over 100,000 customers, and our assets under management exceed US$ 4 billion.

Work permits
For those who don't qualify as an Isle of Man worker, a work permit will be required to begin employment on the Island. This is applied for by the company and will be arranged as part of your joining terms. Permits are usually granted in situations where specific skill sets are required but not available in the local workforce. After five consecutive years on the Isle of Man, residents qualify as a Manx worker.
