Recruitment suppliers
As we strive to attract the strongest candidates in the market we recognise the need to work with selected recruitment suppliers who understand our Business and are able to represent individuals that might be of interest to us. To ensure that this process is effectively managed we operate a strict Preferred Supplier List (PSL) of recruitment partners who can support our skill requirements across all our UK locations.

All supplier agreements are managed by Alexander Mann Solutions (AMS), our Recruitment Process Outsource (RPO) Provider. Once reviewed and on the instruction of the Head of Operations, AMS will advise you of current processes, evaluation criteria and timescales.
