In addition to the day-to-day work experience you'll gain in your role, you'll have additional support through our Graduate Programme. This includes:
- Technical trainee schemes within in Actuarial, Operations, Finance, UW, ISS, Marketing, Broker and within the Life business
- Graduate recruited into permanent roles with the business and provided with technical training for their job role
- Opportunity to study for a relevant professional qualification
- 2 year structured development framework with a calendar of training courses focused on professional skills development
- Personal development is focused on the individual graduate and a wide range of development solutions are available from courses, elearning and learning centre resources
- A mentor assigned to each graduate
