Life & Pensions Insurance Programme
This brand new programme is intended to give graduates a thorough grounding in key areas of Zurich’s successful and growing Life Insurance business.
On this two-year programme, you will get exposure to areas such as Sales, Intermediary Operations and Product Management & Development.
Sales: All of Zurich’s business, both corporate and consumer, is done via intermediaries in the form of Independent Financial Advisers (IFA’s) or – in the case of corporate pensions – Employer Benefits Consultants (EBC’s). The Sales teams are responsible for managing the relationship with these IFA’s and EBC’s, to insure that Zurich products remain the product of choice for their clients.
Intermediary Operations: This team is responsible for back office support to the Broker-facing sales teams. It includes call handler for the queries around the schemes, quote providers to give IFA’s financial illustrations, and technical support.
Proposition Management & Development: Split into three areas – Investment, Pensions & Protection - this team is responsible for designing and refining Zurich’s products. They are key to the continuing success of the company, take feedback from the sales teams to see what customers want, and do competitor analyses.
