We are a newly formed department that is currently looking for talented graduates who can help us shape our exiting future.
When joining the Operations team – Business Change and IT – you will get the opportunity to work on projects of all sizes and scope, some even of European nature. Our leadership team is committed to the development of our future talent, and we’re expecting our graduates to make an impact right from the start.
Learning is very hands on, so you can expect to be running with your first project within just a few weeks. You’ll start on smaller, more manageable projects, but there’s no limit to what you can achieve – it’s entirely up to you!
What degree and skills do I need?
We are looking for enthusiastic graduates with an ability to take ownership of a diverse range of projects. You already have some project management and business analysis experience and are keen to further develop these skills further? Then this could be the right opportunity for you – with the help and support of experienced project managers, we will give you the scope and opportunity to take your experience to the next level. If not, you will receive the necessary help and guidance to build these skills as you progress though the graduate development programme.
As you can see, we can accommodate graduates with varying backgrounds. Whilst an IT related or business studies degree might come in handy, we are happy to consider candidates from all disciplines.
What roles are on offer?
From business analysis to project co-ordination to major business change and IT projects – the opportunities are endless. We will make sure to align your work with your interests and medium- to long-term career aspirations. You’ll have the opportunity to get involved in project reporting, supplier contract management and risk management, though to European common platform implementation, standards establishments or web enhancements. As you can see, you’ll get a chance to try out several areas whilst on the grad scheme.
Where will I be based?
You will be part of our General Insurance business and your home location will be Farnborough, however as we have a strong presence in other UK locations (eg Fareham), some travel and mobility will be required.
