Our employees

We work in an environment where everybody's contribution is valued and where all can achieve their full potential. To make sure we are achieving this, we ask people to share their views through regular employee engagement surveys, covering areas such as work organisation and quality, management effectiveness, learning and development, performance and reward, and job satisfaction. We listen to the feedback we get and make improvements where appropriate, both at individual department and wider organisational level.
