Zurich fully embraces the Financial Services Authority's (FSA), Treating Customers Fairly initiative through a cross UK programme. A comprehensive review of  customer facing processes was carried out, implementing any necessary improvements. We do not apply discriminatory product pricing against particular social groups. We have received accreditation from the Raising Standards Quality Mark Scheme recognising that our charges and charging structures are clear and transparent and meet the standards set by the Scheme. Zurich has robust controls in place to supports its obligations relative to commission disclosure.

We want everyone to find it easy to deal with us. All of our documentation is available in large print, Braille, audio tape or CD. We use Plain English “Crystal Mark” approval for key documents. We also aim to make our website as accessible as possible. All of our locations and selling points are fully accessible to people with disabilities and older people.

An Employee Rights questionnaire is an integral part of our tendering and supplier selection process in the UK and we have been recognised for our exemplary CR and supplier management practices.
