We use a number of social accounting methods to develop an understanding of what our stakeholders think about us and the way that the Zurich Community Trust works. This process helps us to continually improve our performance.

Along with around 120 other leading companies, we are a member of the London Benchmarking Group (LBG)and use its reporting model to calculate our contributions to the community. The LBG model provides a standardised way of managing and measuring a company's community involvement.
