Forget any preconceptions you have about us, the insurance industry and graduate programmes in general – a graduate role with Zurich gives you a real job with real responsibility from day one. Alongside this, you’ll receive all the training, support and opportunities you need to put you well on your way to a successful career with us.
We have two graduate programmes on offer for individuals ready to challenge themselves within a world-leading financial services company. They both start in September 2010.
The Voyager Graduate Development Programme
Our two year programme has been carefully designed to provide everything needed to develop within Actuarial, Finance, Claims, Underwriting, Business Change and IT, General Management, or Business Analysis.
Entry requirements:
- Minimum 2:1 degree (or equivalent) and at least 280 UCAS points (or equivalent)
- Flexibility on location as some of our programmes require you to work in different sites
Global Associate Programme
On this 48 week intensive programme, you’ll benefit from state-of-the-art classroom learning and personal mentoring, whilst completing assignments in the UK and abroad.
Entry requirements:
- Minimum 2:1 degree (or equivalent) and at least 280 UCAS points (or equivalent)
- Postgraduate or Masters degree
- Fluency in a second European language is advantageous
- Flexibility on location in the UK and abroad
