Global Associate Programme for Graduates

As a Global Associate you’ll undergo an intensive 44 week programme incorporating classroom learning and personal mentoring whilst experiencing rotational assignments at both a domestic and international level where you may use your second language. At the end of the programme you will secure a role within your technical discipline here in the UK. It’s fast pace and you will be working with international graduates from around the world. 

Entry requirements:-

• a minimum 2.1 degree and 260 UCAS points (or local country equivalent)
• a second degree
• fluency in a second European language is advantageous
• eligibility to work in the EU for the duration of the programme
• flexibility and mobility
• commercial business experience
