Our application is thorough because we aim to recruit the top talent. The following stages outline our process, which we aim to complete from start to finish within 4 – 6 weeks.
Stage 1 Application form
Firstly, you will need to complete our online application form, where you have the chance to tell us a bit more about yourself as well as why you are interested in working with us.
Stage 2 Online verbal and numerical reasoning tests
These tests measure your ability to make sense of information presented to you in verbal or numerical format.
Stage 3 Telephone interview
Motivational and competency-based questions, and questions around your understanding about the role that you have applied to and your understanding about Zurich.
Stage 4 Assessment centre
A full day where you meet the Zurich team and current Zurich graduates. You will learn more about our organisation and have the opportunity to participate in various exercises such as presentations and group discussions, and generally let us know more about you!
