A new approach to engineering insurance and inspection
Zurich have introduced a new role to the team; dedicated engineering Market Underwriters will act as a single contact point for all inspection and engineering insurance enquiries.
Brokers will now get direct access to inspection and insurance technical expertise across:
- machinery (installation, movement, S&UD, profits)
- computers
- electronic equipment
- hired-in plant and plant protection.
The Market Underwriters also have decision-making authority, which will speed up the underwriting process.
With an average length of service of 11 years they have a huge amount of specialist knowledge that they will be happy to share.
