Contents Insurance

Zurich’s Contents Insurance Policy has a wide range of cover. Contents include anything in your home that’s not permanently fitted to the structure. Our 5 star Defatqo rated insurance includes:

  • Damage caused by fire, explosion, lightning, earthquake, storm and flood
  • Damage from malicious acts
  • Accidental damage to your TV, hi-fi, DVD player and satellite box
  • Up to £2,500 cover for any single valuable item
  • £5,000 cover for theft from garages and outbuildings
  • Up to £10,000 for office equipment you keep in your home
  • An extra £5000 cover over the Christmas and New Year period


Your contents sum insured is increased by £5,000 from a month before to a month after any weddings that take place for any family member living in your household.
