Enhanced Security
Please adjust your password protected security - here's how:
Although you've logged in to our website, it seems that your internet browser settings don't allow access to our secure quote engines, which use "cookies".
Please print this page and follow the 7 steps below.
You only need to do this once on each computer used to access our website.
Step 1
- A red box will probably have appeared at the bottom of the screen to indicate that access to our site is not currently permitted. This will disappear as you follow the steps outlined.
- Select "Tools" from the top grey menu.
- Select "Internet Options" from the drop down "Tools" menu.

Step 2
- "Internet Options" will open on the "General" tab.
- Click the third tab called "Privacy".

Step 3
- Your screen may show Medium which is the default setting, or you may have previously altered this to another level. You can leave this as currently set.
- Click "Sites" button on the "Privacy" tab, so that you can agree specific access to the Zurich UK Commercial website.

Step 4
- Type in zurichcommercial.co.uk exactly as shown in the example below
(Note that any other wording such as zurich.co.uk or zurich.co.uk/commercial will not let you access the secure site)
- Click the "Allow" button on the right.

Step 5
- The words zurichcommercial.co.uk will appear in the managed sites section, along with the words "Always Allow".
- If this is the case click "OK" at the bottom of this tab.

Step 6
- You will be returned to the "Privacy" tab.
- Click "OK" from the bottom of this tab to accept the changes made.

Step 7
- Close your Internet Explorer down.
- Restart Internet Explorer.
- Visit www.zurich.co.uk/commercial
- Log in using your user id and password.
