Notification to your broker

Your Broker provides impartial unbiased advice, and helps to provide you the right cover to manage your total business risk.

We are pleased that as part of this process Zurich are able to provide the insurance for various aspects of your overall requirements.

Your Broker may have placed different cover with various Insurers, so when you make a change they are able to assess what impact this will have, and discuss with each Insurer.

It is important that you advise your Broker of intended changes before they take place, so that you are adequately protected. For example a change to a Motor Policy may require a new certificate for a change of drivers, use, or registration.

What changes do I need to notify Zurich with?

Most changes should be notified through your Broker, but where you are paying for your premium through a Zurich Installment plan and there are changes to your bank details then Zurich will need to know.
