Our Occupational Health Nurse Advisers (OHNA) offer rehabilitation services for injured people pursuing claims. OHNA team members deal with everything from physiotherapy for whiplash injuries to complex investigative procedures, surgery and pain management.

Zurich Employer’s Liability cover provides a specific rehabilitation service for employees after a workplace accident, regardless of liability (and even in the absence of a formal claim). Once notified, the OHNA liaises with the injured person plus their employer, GP and solicitor to assess the injury and offer appropriate treatment. This pro-active approach allows individuals to get the treatment they need, employers to get their workers back as quick as possible, and potential further claims to be contained.
