Claims Account Managers (CLAMs)

If you are a Major Customer, CLAMs will work with you to provide claims support and advice on complex claims issues. CLAMs are also available to advise on any of Zurich UK Commercial's claims related products and services, such as Employers' Liability with Injury Management (ELIM).

CLAMs act as a point of contact for and liaison with Zurich business teams to resolve general claims issues or processes. They also identify and recommend improvements or enhancements to the claims service provided. If you are a Major Customer, CLAMs are available for you to speak to face to face about any issues you may have with the claims service you receive.
