Where the circumstances of a case require it, we will allocate a Claims Inspector who will investigate the circumstances of the accident/ claim and agree to the legal liability position with the customer. Completion of investigations face to face ensures that an accurate claims profile is created, the claims documentation is obtained and decisions are taken faster. For our Major Customers, we guarantee a dedicated Claims Inspector.
