- If appropriate, we will contact the injured parties to facilitate. physiotherapy treatment, assisting recovery and minimising costs.
- We will pursue the responsible party for recovery of costs and if uninsured loss-recovery service is covered under the policy we will appoint a firm of solicitors to recover costs.
- We will contact the injured party and use our medical management team to arrange an appropriate course of treatment.
- If a third party has an accident with one of our customers we can organise a replacement vehicle ourselves to keep down costs.
