Forgotten passwords

If you've forgotten your user ID or password, please email the following information to our Webmaster or call 0845 6000 630. Then we'll supply your log in details.

  • Agency Name
  • Agency Number (if known)
  • Contact Name
  • Full Address Inc Postcode

Please note that passwords to our website are only available to brokers. 

Password hints and tips

  • All passwords are lower case and should be 8 characters long. 
  • Make sure Caps Lock is not activated before typing the password.
  • The user ID is a 10 digit number with no spaces.
  • If using the number pad please make sure that the Num Lock is activated.

System Requirements

  • You will need to have Internet Explorer 5.5 or later to be able to use the on-line quotation facility.
  • You will need to have cookies enabled in your browser settings to allow you to log-in.
