Jersey Scheme

Zurich proposes to make a similar application to the Royal Court for the purposes of transferring (on the same terms as the transfers described above) policies or claims forming that part of its business which have been carried in or from within Jersey. The Independent Expert has confirmed that her conclusions referred to in the Independent Expert's Report in relation to the proposed transfer to be approved by the UK Court, apply equally to the proposed transfer in Jersey. Also, the Royal Court will assess the proposed changes and will not allow the changes to proceed unless it is satisfied that your interests remain adequately protected.
