Before registration you will also be able to consult with your Zurich building control surveyor. They will deal with any initial Building Regulation queries you have and liaise with your surveyor over any issues so that they are fully prepared for the first site planning meeting.

If you choose our warranty services, the same surveyor who works with you on warranty inspections will handle your building control. They will know about any pre-registration discussions you have had with the building control surveyor and will be another point of referral should any problems arise during construction.

Your site surveyor will meet with you at the beginning of the project to discuss the work to be carried out, agree a site inspection policy and identify areas where we will need to carry out additional inspections.
