Lost documentation

If you require duplicate documentation please have the policy number ready before you contact us.  However, if you do not have the policy number we will still be able to help if you are able to provide the following information: 

• Developer's Original Plot Number
• Original Development Name
• Developer's Name

If you don't know the original development name or plot number we may still be able to find your policy from the Developer's name and the postal address of your property.

Please note that we are only ever given about 30% of eventual postal addresses so we cannot guarantee to help if this is the only information available.  It may also help if you know the name of the first purchasers.

Duplicate documents can be provided for a charge as below:

• Certificates only - £40.00 + VAT (£46.00) each
• Policy Booklet only - £40.00 + VAT (£46.00) each
• Certificates and Policy Booklet - £50.00 + VAT (£57.50) each

If you would like us to send you copy documents please provide the policy number, or as much of the information listed above as possible, together with your cheque made payable to Zurich Insurance specifying which documents you require.

Please note we are unable to action requests by fax or e-mail because we need payment before sending you the documents.
