Site Registration
You need to be registered as a business on the Zurich scheme but as soon as the formalities are completed, going on to register your site couldn't be easier.
We ask for 10 days notice before work starts on site for practical reasons
- if a conversion, we will need to carry out a property condition survey and for
- allocating a site surveyor
In most cases 10 days may not be needed and you should let us know if you have timescale problems.
If you wish you can complete and send us a site registration form. Alternatively just phone through or email us the following information
- company name/registration number
- floor area in square metres
- site name and address
- estimated selling price
- newbuild or conversion (if an existing element is being used, including party walls, part or all of the foundations etc is classed as a conversion>
We will provide you with a quotation. As soon as this is signed and returned to us, your site will be registered and contact details for your dedicated site surveyor will be sent to you.
