Registration for New Home Warranty Scheme

In order to gain access to our New Home Warranty Scheme we must ask you to apply by the completion of our Client Proposal form and the Agreement.

The Client Proposal form covers the different business types:

• Developer - a business or individual named as the vendor or seller of the land and the new home on the contracts of sale. Developers need to use a Zurich registered 'Builder' or 'Contractor'.

• Builder - a business which is both acting as the 'Developer' as described above and is to be contractor for its own and/or other schemes. A technical assessment may be required.

• Contractor - a business acting as contractor only for a Zurich 'Developer' or Social Registered Landlord. This business cannot register homes for sale, build to contract or shared ownership but may request to change status at any time. A technical assessment may be needed.

It would be appreciated if you could complete the Client Proposal form in full, identifying any areas which are not applicable. Your responses help us to identify your risk rating accurately, so the more information you can give us in support of your application the better.

Builders and contractors need to complete the ZBG pre interview technical assessment at this time.

The agreement needs to be signed by a senior member of your company. It sets out both our and your company's obligations under the scheme and is there to provide transparency in our business relationship going forward.
