The Zurich '10' warranty policy for Self Builders is specifically tailored for those wishing to construct their own home.

If you are new to Zurich Building Guarantee and would like to register a Self Build  project or obtain an indication of the costs, please call our helpline on 01252 377 474. We will only need to know whether your property is

• newbuild or conversion (a conversion is where any single element of a property is retained eg. foundations/existing wall)
• internal square metres for the property, including all floor levels (excluding garage)
