Our approach to managing work-related road risk is based on a three-step process. We'll help you understand the risks you face, manage those risks more effectively and continually monitor performance.
Step 1: assess, analyse and understand
Following a discussion with you as to the nature of your operation and what you want to achive, we can ascertain what audits and assessments are appropriate to your business.
The results are analysed and we present our findings in a Risk Reduction Recommendations report. We discuss the recommendations and findings with you and the individual reports are available on your bespoke, online Management Information System.
Step 2:Implement selected control measures
We have a range of control measures that are designed to manage the specific road risks your business faces to supplement the management interventions we recommend. The exact blend of these measures will be formed following a discussion around the Risk Reduction Recommendations report.
Step 3: Maintain, monitor and review
We will recommend a programme of continuous monitoring, review and maintenance. Maintaining awareness is a key aspect of developing an effective on-road safety culture. This will include audit and control measure frequency, to ensure that continuous improvement is maintained and the risks continue to be controlled and reduced.
